amFuture was approached to design and produce a detailed architectural model for Al Khayyat Center 2 in Jeddah.

The goal was to highlight the commercial and hospitality features of the project, emphasizing the harmony between modern façades and surrounding open spaces.

The model serves as a presentation tool for investors and clients, offering a realistic overview of the project's scope and design.

The model showcases a comprehensive view of the center, illustrating its main structures, entrances, and interior spaces — with lighting that enhances the project's elegance and modern identity.

Miniature trees and greenery were added to bring life to the surroundings, adding vibrancy and realism to the architectural scene and reflecting the attention to exterior aesthetics.

A custom LED lighting system was integrated to emphasize facades, walkways, and internal zones — bringing the model to life, especially during evening displays. The lights were carefully positioned according to the architectural layout, achieving a balanced and immersive visual experience.

Each storefront and entrance was designed with fine detail, replicating the commercial character of the center using glass-like finishes that convey sophistication and modern style.

To enhance realism, miniature cars and figures were added to represent daily activity around the center — giving the model a lively, human touch that reflects real-life movement and energy.
